Is the process of Planning and Controlling the performance of an organization.
- Planning - As per my experience I have marked some important things of the business that shows planning is an important thing. In Navneet Publications, Area sales managers and General Manager discuss about the last month sales with the Directors of the company. Me and my senior which was the head of department shows them statistics of expanses, sales, revenue. On the basis of these information they decide plan for next month as well as for the whole year.So this is how they made plan and do implement.And archive goals.
- Controlling - It can check errors and make corrective actions which can help to achieve goals in desired period of time. In Navneet Publications this process done by head of all the departments.Eg. like head of the account department controls all of the activities done by accountants.Sales manager controls all activities of sales department.which can give benefit of cost cutting to the organization.

- Purchasing - Navneet is manufacturer of stationery products so they buy row materials form other companies (EXAMPLE to make books they buy Paper, Glue, Machinery, etc..)
- Manufacturing - After getting row materials they start process on it. (EXAMPLE after getting paper, Glue, they start process of cutting, printing, packing etc) And row materials turns into Finished Goods.
- Advertising - With help of advertising people (Consumer and Customer)will know about the product.(EXAMPLE advertising of finished goods by internet, merchants, agents, advertising agencies, posters..etc)
- Marketing - With the help this component Navneet knows about the demand and supply.(EXAMPLE Navneet represent its brand by look wise, benefit wise, and people pull the product through retailers and it comes to nNavneet at the end.
- Sales - And at the end product has been sold through distribution channels.(EXAMPLES Navneet got orders for books and Navneet sales its product to consumers through mediators, like wholesalers, retailer or direct from own outlets..)

- Call center - 24/7 call center helps consumer if they have any questions about product. need support to use product .(Knowledge about product, How they made? Is it Eco friendly? Why is it use for environment? etc)so it generates revenue and trust for the company.
- Technical support - It helps consumers if they need any technical support.(This component is mostly use for electronic things)
